Freight Charges
Because of size and weight, all products ship via freight unless otherwise specified. Free delivery applies to local pickup and delivery within a 75 mile radius of Sandpoint, Idaho.
General
Prices, terms, and warranties may change without notice. Orders ship based on terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Specifications
Specifications are subject to manufacturing tolerances, handling, and inspection.
Cancelation
Orders may only be canceled with Mobile Kit’s consent and must indemnify Mobile Kit against loss. Special orders and bulk purchases are non-cancelable.
Claims
Shipping damage or loss must be reported within 15 days to the carrier and Mobile Kit. Other discrepancies must also be reported within 15 days.
Returns
Start a return. Returns require an RMA number within 90 days. Stock items incur a 25% restocking fee and must be unused and in original condition. Special orders may not be returnable. Returns must be prepaid.
Warranty
Mobile Kit warrants products for one (1) year against defects in workmanship and materials when used as intended. Liability is limited to repair or replacement. Labor, installation and consequential damages are not covered. No other warranties, express or implied, apply.
